Moissanite is a gemstone known for its brilliance and sparkle. Unless clearly stated otherwise, our moissanite jewelry should not be described or understood as natural diamond jewelry.

Each piece is handmade and carefully prepared before shipment. For this reason, our processing time is 1–4 working days. This allows us to inspect, package, and prepare your jewelry with care.

After processing, estimated delivery usually takes 7–15 days, depending on your destination country, shipping carrier, customs procedures, and the season.

Delivery times may vary during holidays, busy periods, high-demand seasons, or due to customs and carrier delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy before placing an order.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
